Highly elastic, two-component polyester fine filler in styrene-free quality for filling the magnetic tape.

Suitable for surfaces made of wood, cardboard.

Microfine fillers result in a very smooth surface.

Produces a very smooth surface.

Easy processing.

Easy to sand.

Short curing time, so you can continue working quickly.

Resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis; Propellants, solvents, water and de-icing salts.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL DATA

Base: polyester resin with a pigment-filler combination

Colour: white

Smell: of styrene

Form: pasty, soft, thixotropic

Dripping time/processing time at 20°C: approx. 5 – 6 minutes

Processing temperature: from 12°C

Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity): Can be sanded after: approx. 30 minutes

Flash point: approx. 33°C (spatula); Not applicable for hardeners

Density at 20°C: filler 1.7 g/cm³ hardener 1.15 g/cm³

Addition of hardener: 2 - 4% (optimal mixture 2.5%)

Temperature resistance of the cured material: 120°C

Shelf life/storage: 18 months if stored properly (=10°-25°C, relative humidity of max. 60%) in the closed original container. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture.
